Delivery time is usually 3–5 business days within Austria. Shipping costs are waived for orders over €50. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your package leaves the warehouse. Deliveries abroad may vary depending on the destination country.
We accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, instant bank transfer, and purchase on account via Klarna. All transactions are processed via an encrypted connection. Your payment data is not stored on our servers.
You have 30 days to return items free of charge. The goods must be unused and in the original packaging. Once the return has been received, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 business days. Excluded are hygiene items and personalized products.
Most items are in stock and will be ready for shipping within 24 hours. If a product is out of stock, we will show an estimated delivery time on the product page. You can also sign up to be notified by email as soon as the item is back in stock.
